Rodeo Entries

Entries close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1o.  If you are entering multiple contestants, you must fill out an entry form for each contestant. Please note that we are no longer accepting checks for payment.   Have the member ID numbers ready.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

•𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀: Competitors must have participated in at least four rodeos this season to qualify for the finals on May 26th. This requirement applies to each event you plan to participate in during the finals.

•𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Ensure you are a member in good standing, which includes having paid your membership fee, fulfilled your sponsorship, and volunteer requirements.

•𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: The same participation requirements for the finals also apply for eligibility for year-end awards.

 

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘀:

•𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀: You can only rope with each partner once (even if you switch ends).

•𝗚𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿: You can only sign up for a ghost partner for one of your two runs.

•𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀: Ensure your picked partner has entered or plans to enter before the entry deadline. Share your membership number with your partner to streamline their entry process.
