We’re excited to welcome vendors to the 2026-2027 Rodeo Season at the Woodlake Rodeo Grounds! Our full vendor lineup is still being finalized—check back soon for updates on food, shopping, and more.

Interested in Becoming a Vendor for the 2026-2027 Season?​

Vendor applications for the 2026-2027 rodeo season are now open. We welcome food vendors, western retailers, handmade goods, and services that fit our rodeo community.

To apply once applications open:

• Download the CJCA Rodeo Vendor Application

• Submit your completed form, signed rules & regulations, and payment by the Thursday before rodeo weekend

Vendor Info & Requirements

• Booth Fee: $100 per day ($200 total for the weekend)

• Setup Times: Vendors can set up Friday afternoon and must be ready by 9:00 am on Saturday.

• Electricity: Limited availability, with an additional $20 fee per weekend. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own generators if needed.

• Location: Woodlake Rodeo Grounds, 19400 Avenue 398, Woodlake, California.
