Rodeo Vendors
Interested in Becoming a Vendor for the 2025–2026 Season?​
Vendor applications for the upcoming rodeo season will open in the fall. We’re always looking for great food, western gear, handmade goods, and services that resonate with our rodeo families and community.

Submit your completed form, signed rules & regulations, and payment by the Thursday before rodeo weekend

Vendor Info & Requirements:

Booth Fee: $100 per day ($200 total for the weekend)

Setup Times: Vendors can set up Friday afternoon and must be ready by 9:00 am on Saturday.

Electricity: Limited availability, with an additional $20 fee per weekend. Vendors are encouraged to bring their own generators if needed.

Location: Woodlake Rodeo Grounds, 19400 Avenue 398, Woodlake, California.
