Important Deadlines & Reminders

Entries for the November Rodeo Now Open:
Regular entries close Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 8:00 PM, and late entries close Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 8:00 PM.

Vendor Applications:
Deadline to apply is Thursday, November 6, 2025. Apply online here.

Age Divisions:
Contestant age divisions for the 2025-2026 season are determined by the contestant's age as of January 1, 2026​​

Team Roping Reminder:
Contestants may enter the team roping event trice but MUST switch ends. ​
